Make "Recent Viewed Pages" macro use server history not browser history

Description

The "recently viewed pages" macro appears to work off my local history. Recently Viewed Pages shows a different list depending on which computer I am using.

On the other hand, when I open the recently viewed menu (hotkeys g then r), then I get a much longer and more complete list that is based on my username and includes page views regardless of which computer/browser I was using.

Can this macro use the same data source that Confluence's built-in "recently viewed" uses?

In Confluence 5.3.1 and newer, the Recently Viewed macro used the same mechanism to retrieve the data as the recently viewed function from the user menu.

It also appears that the list resets every day. This leads me to believe that its using the same list as the confluence "Recently viewed" (g, then r hotkey), but only pulls the current days values

Hello ,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will look into this as soon as we have free resources to do so.
